I have no particular topic today, I thought I would just add-lib today’s podcast, and just simply be in the moment. We talk about it a lot, where we talk about mindfulness. Being where you are in the moment, enjoying whatever is happening.

And that’s what we should do right now. 

Just BE!


How many times have you done this?

Maybe it’s a regular practice for you.

Maybe it’s something totally new.

Whichever the case, it is a good practice… for mindfulness!


(It will) … make you think clearly, give you more insight, or simply relax you.

Being in the moment means just that.


So I would encourage you to do this as often as you can!

Through meditation, or just sitting back and enjoying a nice hot cup of tea.

Just be in that moment!

Enjoy what’s around you!
