Making new friends can be challenging especially in adulthood. Here's some of my experience in a post-pandemic world and what I've learned about how to make new authentic friendships.

There's a lot we're not taught in school, by our parents and by society. As adults, there's much to learn and unlearn from those teachings. Liza, a now sober millennial with a passion for authenticity, divulges intimate details from her own life experience along with the lessons she's learned thus far. Because none of us really know what we're doing...we're all just learning to live.
