When you hear three times in a week from normal conversations the phrase Civil War mentioned in a non-historical context its a problem. I’m sitting here on Halloween considering the future. This week I walked away from conversations with average people thinking “We must be better.” Today specifically I’m going to talk just a bit about rights and the often forgotten counter point of responsibilities and then post election considerations. This is no time for bystanders.
