How normal it is for us humans to judge others for what they are doing or for what they are not doing. But how little do we know, as to why they are moving through life the way they are.

I just very recently learned something about someone dear to me that really allowed me to have deep compassion for them, where I before had held on to some judgments and opinions about them and how they showed up in life.
