Marshall, pushing himself to run, sees Charles leaving the apartment building. A call from Eva takes him to a fancy restaurant where he immediately questions his sister's motives.

She tells him that one of their clients, the video game developer Strife Games, needs more concept artists.

Seeing Marshall's self-doubt and hesistation, Eva uses their mother to pile on the guilt. It works.
