Goal setting is my favorite part of this course. I always enjoy teaching my idea of goal setting to others. While my way may not be the best, it covers a lot of ground for you to consider.

I’ve seen other goal-setting programs and they aren’t as extensive as this one, so hang in there as we set some goals.
