John 17:11-26; Galatians 3:26-28.
In this chapter, Jesus entrusts his disciples to the Father with the empowering responsibility of keeping them together. Their role is crucial in spreading the truth, leading others to believe in Jesus and the Father who sent Him to this earth.
Some may see Jesus as only a prophet or teacher, but he has fully declared Himself as the way to the Father. When we recognize Him as the Messiah, we are allowing the Father to keep us safe in this world, to abide in his truth, His word; together with our Helper, the Spirit of Truth, the Holy Spirit, we can understand what Jesus said and walk in His ways.
If you're a believer, abide by his word of truth so that others who do not know Him may glorify the Father by your testimony. And remember, the Father will keep you united with other believers, forming a strong and connected community.
So today, let us be one with Him so that His words of truth will flow through our pores, and people will immediately recognize Jesus in us. This recognition is a validation of your faith and a testament to the power of His truth. More importantly, once they see your testimony, Jesus will keep them together with you as his ministers through the word of truth and His commandation of safety of you to the Father.
