I know that it is easy for us to look at others and think their life is perfect and they never struggle with difficult or negative thoughts.  Their online appearance looks like rainbows and unicorns.  But let's be honest here.  Most people have those times in life when our minds go to the 'worst case scenario."  So I say, let's don't beat ourselves up when we do.  That just pushes us into more distress and heartache.  Instead, I suggest that we recognize it, feel it, and then strategize it as part of our bigger pivot plan work.  What's more, we should obviously remind ourselves that these worse case things rarely happen.  But yes, they could.  So, let's have a plan in case.  So in today's episode, I want to share with you a little story of when I faced this very thing around my health.  But you know me, I ain't gonna leave you there.  I am also going to suggest some practical things we can do in the midst of these worries.  Sound good?  If so, let's get into it on this episode of the "Pivot to Prosper" podcast.
