Today we gave Malaika Ravindran. She is a senior at the American University studying journalism and political science. We came to know her from the BPWK podcast hosted by Suraj, a past guest of ours, Episode 29 as Malaika is involved in the podcast helping with production and guest scouting.

In today's episode, we talked about Malaika's Indian background, family and childhood. the latter part of the episode goes more into Asian representation in media, something that Malaika is interested in and knows a lot about from what she studies. We talked a lot about Never Have I Ever and other important issues surrounding Asian representation specifically South Asian representation.
