Ihr Nachschicht-Roboter names Oscar soll den Arbeitsalltag vorrangig nachts erleichtern. Das Gründerteam von Bearcover setzt dabei auf Radar-Sensorik verbaut in einem unauffälligen, mobilen Roboter (Oscar), der Bewegungen selbst durch geschlossene Türen und Wände wahrnehmen kann und Daten via App mit dem Pflegepersonal teilt. Ziel ist es nicht Personal durch Digitalisierung zu ersetzen, sondern zu entlasten.
Bearcover befindet sich gerade in ihrer Pilotphase und sammelt wichtige Daten zur Optimierung von Oscar. Wie das Team in Zukunft ihr Geschäftsmodell für die Digital Health Branche weiter ausbauen möchte, erfahrt ihr von Fabian Michalsen und Fernando Germán Torales Chorne.

Mit zunehmender Digitalisierung nehmen auch die Gefahren im Bezug auf Datenschutz, Erkennung von Sicherheitslücken oder steigendem Datenmissbrauch für Unternehmen, Regierungsbehörden oder Institutionen zu. Um diesen Sicherheitslücken vorzubeugen, hat die Neofonie GmbH den Textanalyse-Framework TXTWerk entwickelt.
TXTWerk ist ein KI-basierte Anwendung der Neofonie GmbH, die Inhalte screent, auswertet und für Nutzer:innen aufbereitet. Der Vorteil: Sicherheitsrelevante Daten können schnell und skalierbar zusammengefasst werden und Sicherheitslücken oder Gefahrenquellen somit identifiziert werden.
Mit dieser automatisierten Anwendung überzeugte die Neofonie GmbH die Jury des Deep Tech Awards 2023 in der Kategorie IT-Security. Bertram Sändig und Qi Wu, die das Projekt betreuen, sprechen mit unserer Moderatorin Geraldine de Bastion über Anwendungsgebiete, welche Deep-Tech-Lösung hinter TXTWerk steckt und warum die Innovationsförderung auf diesem Gebiet gerade in Berlin so erfolgreich ist.

Im Schnitt sind 50 Prozent aller Frauen im Laufe ihres Lebens von einem Problem betroffen, das als Tabuthema gilt und auch in der klinischen Forschung immer noch zu wenig Beachtung erhält: Prolaps und Beckenbodenfehlfunktion. YoniCore möchte dies ändern.
Mit der Anwendung können betroffene Patient:innen den Beckenboden nicht nur bei bereits bestehenden Problemen sondern auch präventiv stärken und so Symptome wie Inkontinenz eigentständig behandeln. Anna und Yair sind Teil des Gründer:innenteams und berichten, welche Hürden sie bis dato meistern mussten und was wir von YoniCore in naher Zukunft erwarten können.

LI.FI hat den Deep Tech Award 2023 in der Kategorie Web3 – DLT, Blockchain, NFT & Metaverse gewonnen. Mit Smart-Order-Routing macht LI.FI den Austausch von Assets und Finanzdienstleistungen von einer Blockchain zur nächsten (Multi-Chain) möglich und verringert so zeitgleich Kosten- und Zeitaufwand bei der Durchführung dieser Transaktionen.
Im Gespräch mit Geraldine de Bastion verrät Philipp außerdem, wie es gelingt, erfolgreich ein Unternehmen zu gründen und was es braucht, um den Deep Tech Award zu gewinnen.
