It's time for a little coffee talk with Krystal Burns, known to some as the unofficial first lady of Amarillo coffee. Burns and her husband Patrick decided to ditch their nine-to-fives in 2011 to create Palace Coffee, offering to provide the liquid motivation for others to continue their own.
