Are churches able to assist their members who have special needs spiritually? If so, how do they do it? If not, what are some strategies that you feel should be implemented in order to perform the mandate, which is to save souls? Do some churches treat these persons as if they are invisible and not able to comprehed the message if they are quiet, or if they interrupt the service are they asked to leave?
