Since 1944, Bethany Christian Services has been reaching out to children who are alone or vulnerable.  As a worldwide and community leader in adoption and family services, we know that a child's best chance to thrive is in being a  part of a safe, loving family.

Bethany's ADOPTS program addresses the impact of traumatic experiences on children prior to adoption.  Our therapists nurture children and their parents with support, education and caring intervention to help each family member thrive, not just survive. We don't counsel mothers who are considering abortion as an option.

Children in foster care have faced hardship and pain during their lives. When returning to their biological family is not an option, they need a safe place to call home, with a family to provide them with the love and care they need. There are more than 100,000 children in foster care who are available for adoption and they are just waiting for a family to belong to.
