Julian Anderson McTizic, Sr., is a native of Bolivar, a rural town in Hardeman County, Tennessee.&nbsp; On July 1, 2017, at the age of thirty, he was sworn in as the youngest, and first African- American elected Mayor of the City of Bolivar.&nbsp; &nbsp; On May 18, 2021, Mayor McTizic was re-elected to the office of Mayor by the largest margin in the recorded history of Bolivar.
