I just went through what I can only describe as the depths of hell… and yes, we’re talking about lice.

• It spreads through close contact, not jumping or flying
• You can miss it even if you’re actively looking
• Treatment needs to happen multiple times to fully clear it
• You don’t need to panic-clean your entire house, you just need to clean smart
• This is way more common than people admit
