Hey everyone, I hope all is well!! Today I wanted to talk about mental health and the side effects of it. In no way am I saying that I know everything about mental health and its' side effects, I am just speaking on my experiences and what I know from it. I want to be there for as many others as I can and thats why I am taking this step to be as vulnerable as I am and will be. So cheers to my first official step!!
