We delve into the why therapists do what they do, an overview of what therapy is, how to find help, the lack of minority doctors, and how racial inequities play a part in all of it. We also get some great information about new groundbreaking treatments involving the use of psychedelic/MDA therapy. Dr. Buchanon also give us some great tools to use at home.

NiCole T. Buchanan, PhD. received her doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is now an Associate Professor of Psychology at Michigan State University and the Clinical Director and Founder of Alliance Psychological Associates, PLLC in East Lansing, MI.
