Yes, I know it looks like a swear word, it isn't.
It isn't, it is the short name for a very long title of a gene mutation. And approximately up to 50% of the population have this mutation and many don't know they have it, and how it could be affecting their health and mental states.
Understanding MTHFR and what role it plays in the body is key to helping many of my clients and they put their health first and no longer tolerate some of the things they have just learnt to live with.
