In this in this episode I talk about the legacy of outdated yoga cues. Whether it be from misinformation or from accused of and handed down from student to teacher some of the cues that yoga instructors use are inaccurate. I talk about some of my inaccuracies in the span of my teaching, I explain why those old cues are wrong and what I have been saying lately.
