February is Black History Month and this episode is the first (of many) where Chanel and Tori talk about race. It’s a deep and meaningful episode where the girls discuss current race issues and tragedies in America and get real about how race has played a role in their lives. Chanel shares her experience growing up multi-racial and how being both a Black and Hispanic woman has played a huge part in her self-identity. On the other side, Tori reflects on her upbringing when it came to education, awareness and exposure to diversity growing up in a small town.
