According to conventional wisdom, these statements are true.   Yet, if you balked or downright laughed out loud then you know the truth. These are myths; over exaggerations and old wives’ tales masquerading as the truth. The danger comes when you hear them enough you begin to believe them, ever so subtly they seep into your consciousness and infiltrate your thoughts and your actions. And, they shouldn’t!   So, we are going on an adventure … a myth-busting adventure.
