Homework:

1. Define what spirituality means to YOU!

2. WHY do you want to have a spiritual path?

3. What are your true needs, values, motivation, and desires?

4. Choose/discover a spiritual practice, this is where you’re building that relationship with your Source/God in a way that FEELS best for you. Get curious and go explore many times and see what resonates within you and leave the rest. HINT: think back as a child what did you use to love to do? (There can be many to have think of it as a toolbox of tools!)

5. Choose a form of inner work practices. Think personal development and loving those shadow parts of you, learn, feel, witness what needs to be felt right now and truly feel it. (There can be many to have think of it as a toolbox of tools!)

6. Now Co-create your unique path! Gathering all the answers here and set aside a certain amount of time each day (or week) create a schedule for daily devotion to Source + Self.
