The Ice Bucket Challenge is back—but this time, it’s for mental health. In this episode, I take a closer look at the #speakyourmind challenge and why it’s not sitting right with me or many others who have experienced the deep, messy reality of mental illness and suicide loss.

While the campaign has raised some funds and visibility, it also raises bigger questions: Who is this really for? Is it advocacy or just another viral moment? And what does real mental health support actually look like?
