This episode is a little aberrant from the usual ones, and we know that we are releasing it late (Divye had some errands to run and Agastya is extremely lazy.) So, we talk about anger. How anger impacts your psyche, and to what extent is it beneficial and /or harmful for you. We assert how anger is an emotion and not a behaviour, and why, at times, it is necessary for you to express your anger. We discuss the effective ways to demonstrate anger, and tell the reasons why repressing anger is bad for you. All these points are put forth through an easy going prattle which the hosts have with each other, during which, Divye explains what he feels when he is angry (the answer might shock you.) In the end we have our good old DA recommendations (we don't know why we are still keeping this segment.) So, yes, this is Episode 11 of the show.
