Join Dr Lee as she yarns with Director David Waddington speaking about the legendary ‘Cunnamulla Fella’ and world-class jockey Darby McCarthy. The working title of the film “In A Life-Time” is told through recollections and interviews about Darby’s life during his racing days having raced in the Melbourne Cup and for the Queen’s Cup. Post-racing, Darby was a community leader and mentor as one of the founders of the “Murri Court” and establishing a jockey school in France.
