Rosemarie Allen owns the farm "Le Paysan Gourmand" with her husband, Jacob Morin, in St-Félix de Kingsey.  Rosemarie joins host Julie Miller to talk about her holistic approach to farming, how their farm got its name, and what it feels like to work towards being self-sufficient.  Rosemarie and Jacob are also parents of three young children, and Rosemarie talks a bit about the challenges and benefits of running a family farm today.
