The next three weeks I am focusing on the three aspects of feeling good: Body, Mind, and Heart.  This is all in preparation for the free Five Day Feel Good Challenge starting October 3 (Sign up opening up on September 16!)

1. This Episode I'm talking about Feeling Good in the Body! 

  • The body is a live antenna.
  • In conjunction with the brain, it is the first to send up a red flag 🚩 when things get hard 
  • It will send out an army of powerful, effective hormones and chemicals to “save us” 
  • The problem is the body doesn’t always know when it’s safe again. So we have to help our bodies regulate and return to "homeostatis" (aka feeling good again!)

2.  In this podcast, I mention a book titled, "Burnout" by Emily and Amelia Nagoski.  They also were on Brene Brown's podcast back in 2020, and you can listen to that here.  It's packed with insightful information.  Here's a quote from the Brene's podcast link above:
