In this episode, Fiona and I have the pleasuring of talking to Ramón Soria Alonso, who is a professional soccer player, playing for FC Edmonton in the Canadian Premier League. Ramón tells us about his background and how he got introduced to football (soccer) from a very young age in Spain. He then went on to play for top clubs such as Villarreal CF, RCD Mallorca B, and more before joining FC Edmonton in the CPL. Ramón's vast amount of experiencing playing pro football in many different countries as well as official law degree from Spain, help us understand what it takes to become a high level athlete while studying at the same time.
