We continue our annual tradition of recording a "goal setting" discussion on the first Monday of each new year. What organizations do you plan to support this year? Giving Tuesday is a great way to pause and think about which charitable organizations you want to support financially.

In 2018/2019, The Family Dinner Project concluded that the average family dinner only lasts 12 minutes. That's not a long time. They also discovered that one-third of families do not talk during their meals together. An encouraging statistic was that 87% of families do have at least one meal together each week.
