In the second episode of the Let’s Talk Menopause series, Dr. Teggatz and I talk about how to take care of yourself during the menopause transition. We discuss nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and more. It’s especially important for us to focus on our wellbeing and health during this pivotal time in our lives so we can thrive for years to come.
If you haven’t already listened, be sure to check out the first episode of the series released last week. Dr. Teggatz and I provide an overview of perimenopause and menopause, including symptoms and what you can look forward to during the rest of the series.
