LA native Kati Kern stops by Safety 3rd to talk about the importance of mental health. She has a master of Social Work from USC and now has her own private practice in Los Angeles. She herself went to see a therapist when her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer at 13. She now has made it her mission to help others with their mental health and even drops a few gems for the panel.
