It pains me that the average Music Professional makes around or less than $25,000 a year, and it pains me that we don’t talk about how to change that instead of constantly talking about the fact that that’s just the way it is. Let’s change that. Let’s start having conversations about why that is why we think that way so we can all do better. 

Are you trading TIME for money? If so, you need to start thinking about to create enough VALUE and start trading VALUE for money instead.
