Luke and co-host Billy are back for their weekly series covering the club they love - Crystal Palace.
The pair review the Premier League match against Manchester United on Tuesday night which saw Crystal Palace get knocked out of the Carabao Cup as they lost 3-0.
Billy and Luke give their views on exciting academy prospects Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and David Ozoh.
Of course, the Pod also had to chat about the latest injury news around Dean Henderson who suffered an injury on his debut. The conversation moved on to the positives of the match which included Jairo Riedewald and Chris Richards.
It felt like Groundhog Day as the two then moved on to discuss the squad depth issues at the club and the failings of the transfer window.
Up next was previewing the upcoming Premier League match against Manchester United (yes, twice in one week!)
The influence in both defence and attack of Marc Guehi and Joachim Andersen was analysed whilst they also discussed how to try and stop the attacking threats of Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford.
