Although there aren’t many current solutions, therapy has become one of the leading answers to combat this disease. Talkspace is an online text therapy platform that offers access to therapists who cover a broad range of mental health services. Talkspace has quickly become one of the leading platforms offering a comprehensive suite of virtual therapy solutions. I truly believe mental illness is one of the biggest health challenges that we will face in the next few decades. Due to this, I want to look into some of the leading companies tackling this problem.
