Have you ever noticed how your energy changes the way you feel, act, and connect?
Energy lives in everything - every thought, every interaction, every moment. When your thoughts turn heavy or negative, you can feel that weight immediately. But when your energy is rooted in kindness, faith, or something that feeds your soul, it becomes lighter, clearer, and far more supportive. That awareness is the first step toward understanding how your energy shapes your life.
Positive energy shows up as joy, contentment, and excitement, while negative energy feels exhausting and limiting. Shifting from one to the other isn’t always easy, but it is possible. Gratitude, reflection, and choosing to focus on what is good can help convert heaviness into something more manageable. Even remembering moments of joy can begin to change your internal charge.
As you cultivate more positive energy, you influence the world around you. Your clarity becomes contagious, your lightness becomes grounding, and the universe responds in kind. Choosing positive energy isn’t just good for you. It’s part of how we collectively make things better.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY:
On a day when you feel out of sorts, spend 10 to 15 minutes with your eyes closed. Visualize a place where you felt completely at peace. Can you see it? Picture the details—what you saw, heard, smelled, or felt in that moment. Do you remember the contentment you felt? Now, make a note of your mood after this exercise. Did it help you feel more peaceful?
