Hey gorgeous soul and welcome back for another ep of LTP!
Today's episode is with Courtenay Polock. Courtney is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and founder of HER Exercise Physiology. She has a huge passion for women’s health, kicking off her career as a personal trainer helping women navigate training in the gym. She transitioned into Exercise Physiology after realising how many women’s health conditions were holding her clients back from achieving their health and fitness goals. She love all things women’s health but has an exceptional love for pelvic health care, focusing on all things pelvic floor helping women navigate chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS and infertility.
