Today's episode is with Maddy Bento. Maddy is a degree qualified nutritionist, and holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. She has been practicing for six years and works in the body image and intuitive eating space. She is passionate about women's health, mental health and healthy relationships with body and food. She not only has lived experience in this space, but clinical practice as well, holding space and supporting women with their health - but without the strict rules, obsession and overwhelm. Maddy works primarily with women with their hormonal health, relationship with body and self and getting their energy and vitality back!
