Pathways into Politics has been preparing women for leadership and life in public office for a decade.  Karen Dorante speaks to Professor Vicky Browning, Queensland director about the program and its pitch to attract First Nations women in this year’s intake.  We also hear from a First Nations graduate, Sophie Bougoure, who is serving her first term as councillor with the Western Downs Regional Council.
