With the rising influence of AI, there’s both excitement and concern. In this episode, we shared our honest thoughts on the topic. We’re both fans of AI, but we also think it’s important not to become too dependent on these tools, otherwise we could lose the parts of us that make us human. Have a listen and let us know what you think :) Share with a friend or two while you're at it!
Receiving feedback is one of the most valuable tools for our personal and professional growth. We all know this, so why then do most of us struggle to do it well?
In this episode, we explore the psychology behind defensive reactions as well as practical strategies to shift your mindset so you can turn feedback into action.
Have a listen and if you love what you hear, be an evangelist and share the episode with a friend or two ;)
Joseph was betrayed by his own brothers. Naomi lost her husband and sons. Ruth was widowed in a foreign land with nothing. All three had every reason to believe their suffering was undeserved and could have easily given up on life. Instead they kept going and their stories ended gloriously.

There's a big difference between saying something and being understood. In this episode we discussed what it means to communicate with your receiver in mind, the difference between inferential and direct communication, and how often we think we're being clear when we're really not.
We also shared some of the rules that have helped us communicate better in our own relationship. Most of them are simple things that make a real difference. We hope you enjoy this episode and share with a friend or two :)
How much does our environment influence the opportunities we have to be rich in life? Does once poor, always poor hold true?
The truth is there are real costs that come with poverty that often go unnoticed. The neighborhood you grow up in, the schools you attend, or even the friends in your circle. These can shape the choices available to you and the outcomes you end up with.
The good news is some people do break out. In this episode we discussed what it takes to audaciously go further in life despite where you started. We hope you enjoy this episode :)
What's in a name? Turns out there's a lot more than most of us realise.
In some cultures your name can open doors before you even walk into a room. In others it means very little or can even shut doors. In this episode we explore how names shape identity, carry legacy, and for many women around the world, become something they're expected to leave behind when they marry.
We hope you enjoy this episode. And if you can, please share with a friend or two :)
This episode was a conversation about the bait and switch that happens when traditionally minded men go after career women with no intention of supporting their careers long term. They love the idea of a successful woman during the dating phase but the moment that ring is on the finger of their wives, the expectations shift to cooking, cleaning, and staying home full time.
May we not find or marry deceptive people in this life. Enjoy the episode and don't forget to share with someone else ;)
Have you at any point looked at someone you love deeply and suddenly realized that they look older than you remember? Exactly our point!
In this episode, we reflected on the concept of aging, what it feels like, when we first noticed it happening to us, and why so many of us are afraid of getting older. We got into the physical side of it, especially looking at our parents as reference points, but also shared on the weight of time passing and the feeling of not achieving one's goals in life.
Not to spill too much tea — all we can say is listen to the episode and share with a friend or family member. It will be worth your time. ;)
We all like to believe we’re good people… but how do we really know?
In this episode, we explored what it means to be a good person and whether goodness is absolute or relative. Can anyone honestly claim to be 100% good? And are we as good as we think we are?
This was an eye-opening conversation for us as we unpacked the reality of human nature, the tension between good and evil, and what the Bible says about being good. We came to a humbling realization that our goodness pales in comparison to God’s goodness.
At the end of the day, we’re all trying our best… but through God’s lens, our “best” is never quite enough.
This episode challenged us deeply, and we hope it challenges you too. Listen and share with a friend or two! :)
