Trish began exploring yoga and mindfulness, and she was SHOCKED at the results- she was still producing results at work, and yet now she was doing it as a calmer, happier individual. Her transformation fueled a desire to share these behavior changes with others, and she opened up her coaching practice. Now she is a mindfulness speaker and coach full time, and has helped thousands of professionals create this same positive change in their lives. ย
