The girls welcomed a new running series into the podcast called: Let's Unpack That where they'll read your anonymous submissions of situations you're in, problems you're having, or advice you need and unpack it together like you're on FaceTime with your best friend talking about it in real time. The girls want to be your shoulder to cry on, warm hug, and ear to listen while providing you with the pep talk, tough love, and self love reminders to help get you through whatever it is you're going through.

Through this series the girls will open up about how they can relate to different submissions, how they might have managed it themselves if they've caught themselves in the same situations, or unpack what they would do in these situations. They'll help you unpack why you might be thinking this way and challenge your thought processes, biases, inner child tendencies, or traumas that might also play a hand in your dilemmas.

PART 1

In part 1 of Let's Unpack That, the girls unpack what it's like living with a partner who may not be on the same cleanliness level as you. Both Alexis and Marissa has lived through this, but only one has found some solutions, and sometimes that's just how it goes. They'll also unpack the feeling of placing all of your self worth into your work, what that does for your mind, and tips for pulling yourself away from your 9-5 and pouring yourself into something that brings you joy.
