The moment that you have an awareness of just how greatly the Most High God loves you, is the moment that you start to walk in the full will of God.
Though it is your choice on whether or not you allow God to partner with you to complete His good and perfect will, please know that this is not a 50/50 relationship. It requires putting 100% of your trust in God to care for you.
Once you understand what this looks like in your life, full submission to the Lord of everything that you are and everything that you have comes naturally. The only difference is that you now understand the glory of God, and with this understanding, it is up to you to determine if the words that you say and the actions that you take are going to be done according to God's will and not your own.
We experience life to its intended degree when we sew according to the will of God. Some might say that this devotion requires too much from them, but as the Bible says, "Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow." James 1:17
So if every good thing in your life comes from the Father, you’re just giving Him back the rights to what He has already lent to you. And when you freely submit things like your finances, your heart, and your time; you receive not only the benefits, but also the God-intended interest(favor) on your investment. Though a life in pursuit of God's heart requires great discipline and sacrifice on our behalf, there is nothing sweeter than walking in full obedience to God's perfect will.
In Psalms 139, David shows us how to apply this awareness of God's great love for us to our life.
Tune in as I walk through how I applied that knowledge to my own life, and share with you action steps that you can take as well.
"Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life."
Psalms 139:23-24
