We start off the episode with some heavier advice, and TRIGGER WARNING here because some of this episode talks about mental illness and suicidal ideation. BUT FEAR NOT! We also laugh a lot this episode and end on a happier and more positive note. We like to be vulnerable with our listeners so that you in turn can feel vulnerable with us. We get choked up, and we laugh a lot in this one. This might be the most honest we have ever been.
