Autumn is a time often associated with change, new starts and transformation, and yet in order for this to work effectively, we may need to create some space. As the trees begin to turn golden and their leaves begin to fall, we too might be thinking about shedding any unwanted habits or behaviours or letting go of what no longer serves us so we can feel lighter and have more room for new things to begin. However, just how easy is it to let go and what's the difference between letting go and giving up? How do we know if something is no longer serving us and whether we need to make space for change and transformation? Claire and Sue give their take on these questions and expand further on this seasonal theme in this week's episode.
