Fred is renowned for his dark and suspenseful style. He has been featured in the 2019 Santa Barbara Literary Journal, Stardust, Max Talley’s Delirium Corridor, and other publications for his work. His premiere novel, Scramble: A Perfect Recipe For Math, Murder, and Revenge, was released in August 2020 and his next two works, titled Chrome #22 and Love Unrequited, are underway.

Fred has always dreamed of having a big body, but he had to make a tough decision that gave away his career in bodybuilding to avoid the consequences on health, wellbeing, and longevity. After his bodybuilding career, Fred now divides his free time between writing, working on his spiritual growth, and the gym.
