I wish I could tell you letting go is easy but it's not. It is a process that only you can decide when to begin. I send all my love to those of you struggling with letting go, there is a purpose in going back to your past it sometimes means it hasn't yet taught you everything you need to know and learn. You fall down seven times, you get back up! Stronger, better and more efficient than before! let your wounds heal and be proud of the scars that today represent your past. Let go! There is magic when you do so.
