Level 3 and 4 unconstitutional – What does it mean?

As you may have heard in the news throughout last night that the High Court in Pretoria has declared the lockdown level four and three regulations unconstitutional and invalid - but has suspended the declaration for two weeks - meaning that level 3 regulations remain in operation for now. The court has further directed members of the National Coronavirus Command Council to review, amend and republish the regulations so that they are in line with the Bill of Rights. Cabinet says it will make a further statement once it has fully studied the judgment. The case was brought by Reyno De Beer and his organization called the Liberty Fighters Network. What does all of this mean?
