This week's episode, I'm joined by gamerchucksteak! I've found gamerchucksteak from my Instagram, and decided to invite him onto the pod because of our similar interests and he just seemed like a cool dude. SPOILER ALERT, he indeed was! The show begins with us chatting about fall's near approach, as well as some beer/food talk and general introduction to Chuck. After we talk life and our hobbies origins, we head on into the Gaming news of the week! This week, we talk about Spiderman leaving the MCU, Matrix 4 is a thing, Sony acquires Insomniac Games, Modern Warfare Alpha Test on PS4, new shooter Disintegration made from co-Halo creator, THQ Nordic updates on highly requested games, Smash Bros Ultimate Hero controversy and MUCH MORE! We than head into Watch, Read, Play, where Chuck kicks things off talking about his new NES HDMI system and some home-brew games he's been playing. I than talk the mic, talking about my thoughts on Detective Pikachu, more Smash Bros Ultimate, Battlefield V, Wargroove and my first impressions on Celeste! We than wrap-up with how games brought us closer together. We many talk alot about couch-co-op games, as well as single-player narrative games that create good shared experiences.
