This week I sat down with my two friends Jackie and Francesca, who are launching their brand new podcast called The Level Up Era. These two have been best friends since childhood, and their energy together is magnetic. They’re lighthearted, funny, and goofy, but at the same time, they bring so much intention when it comes to growth and leveling up.

Jackie is rooted in the fitness world and is launching her own online coaching while staying active in several South Florida fitness communities. Francesca is an incredibly talented hairstylist with a true passion for her craft. Even though they’re very different, they’re completely in sync, and it shows in the way they talk, laugh, and share their stories.
