Sarah Wells is a certified emergency nurse with her master’s in nursing. She is a national speaker, educator, and the founder of New Thing Nurse, an academic and professional coaching company for the nursing community. Sarah works with nurses and nursing students from around the United States to help them achieve their professional goals.

Sarah has worked in various emergency departments over the past 11 years. She is passionate about nurse wellness and creating a more supportive nursing culture throughout healthcare.
